Dr William Ritchie
Managing Director
Dr Ritchie is the founder, principal inventor, and developer of MELTR’s technology. With a PhD in molecular science, William brings a rare blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on engineering skill. His background spans postdoctoral research, product design, and development across multiple disciplines. William’s vision and persistence have guided MELTR from concept to commercialisation, with years of experimentation, prototyping, and refinement leading to the breakthrough system now ready for market.
Tony Brennan CA
Chairman
Mr Brennan is a Chartered Accountant with over 45 years of experience in public practice and corporate leadership. He has served as Managing Director and Chairman of numerous ASX and LSE-listed companies and advised a wide range of early-stage ventures. Since 2016, Tony has co-founded and chaired companies in Australia and the UK that have facilitated over $1.5 billion in funding for companies engaged in research, development, and government-supported innovation. His strategic insight and financial acumen are instrumental in guiding MELTR’s growth and commercial strategy.
Adrian Probert
Head of Operations
Adrian is a seasoned authority on industrial recycling operations, with over 30 years of corporate leadership and 15 years specialising in the waste sector. Having owned and operated a major Geelong transfer station now leased to local government, he possesses a deep understanding of the infrastructure and logistics required for regional waste management. His background as a franchise and hospitality owner brings a mastery of systems-driven efficiency and scalability essential for high-growth ventures. Now focusing on plastic circularity, Adrian offers investors a rare blend of “boots-on-the-ground” technical expertise and high-level strategic leadership.
